Rashmika Mandanna transforms as Gond woman in Mysaa

National Crush Rashmika Mandanna is stepping into uncharted territory with her upcoming film “Mysaa,” revealing a bold and intense side like never before. Known for her bubbly and soft roles, Rashmika breaks the mold in this powerful, heroine-centric drama.

The title and first-look poster of “Mysaa” were unveiled today, instantly creating buzz. The poster showcases Rashmika in a never-seen-before avatar — fierce, raw, and unhinged. Draped in a traditional saree and adorned with tribal jewelry, including a nose ring and heavy neck ornaments, she embodies the spirit of a Gond woman. Her blood-smeared appearance and the intensity in her eyes hint at a story brimming with emotion and rage.

The Telugu version of the poster was launched by director Hanu Raghavapudi, while Rashmika’s Kuberaa co-star Dhanush and Chaava co-star Vicky Kaushal released the Tamil and Hindi versions, respectively. Dulquer Salmaan and Shivarajkumar unveiled the Malayalam and Kannada versions, with each star sending their best wishes to Rashmika and the team.

Director Rawindra Pulle, making his debut with this project, shared, “Mysaa is the result of two years of meticulous work. We focused on getting every detail — the world, the aesthetic, the characters, and the story — just right. Now, we’re ready to share this story with the world.”

A New Production

“Mysaa” is being produced by Ajay and Anil Sayyapureddy under the Unformula Films banner, with Sai Gopa as co-producer. This high-budget, pan-India project is Rawindra Pulle’s first as director, under the mentorship of Hanu Raghavapudi.

Described as an emotional action thriller, the film delves deep into the life and culture of the Gond tribes, promising a gripping and culturally rich narrative.
