Speaking in a recent interview, Vijay Sethupathi strongly denied the accusations and described them as completely baseless. One of her posts alleged, “Vijay Sethupathi offered two lakh rupees for ‘caravan favours,’ fifty thousand for ‘drives,’ and pretends to be a saint on social media.” Despite the serious nature of the claims, there has been no official follow-up from the accuser after the posts were deleted. Working on Puri’s film Vijay Sethupathi, a recipient of the National Film Award, is one of the most respected actors in Tamil cinema.
