Jagadish Reddy: Anumula Intelligence is more dangerous than Artificial Intelligence

The Telangana politics took a dramatic turn with political parties debating over A.I.—artificial intelligence—and AI-generated images. It all began with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy terming that the controversy surrounding Hyderabad Central University (HCU) lands arose due to AI-generated photos and videos.

BRS leaders already launched a scathing attack on the chief minister for attributing the real images to AI-generated images and said that he is intentionally diverting the issue. BRS working president KTR has been at the forefront of cornering the government over the issue.

Anumula Intelligence vs. Artificial Intelligence

Now, senior Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader G. Jagadish Reddy has joined, and he too mentioned that the CM’s claims are “laughable” and accused him of deflecting responsibility. He further coined the term “Anumula Intelligence” in a pointed jab at Revanth Reddy’s full name, Anumula Revanth Reddy.

“The artificial intelligence (AI) is not dangerous to society, but Anumula Intelligence is very detrimental to the growth of the state. That we have been witnessing,” Jagadish Reddy.

Revanth Reddy, during a high-level review meeting, blamed artificial intelligence (AI)-generated content—depicting distressed wildlife like crying peacocks and injured deer—for misleading the public and escalating the Kancha Gachibowli land dispute into a national issue.

Jagadish Reddy said that “Anumula Intelligence” being so low that his silly decision-making was the true culprit behind the fiasco.

AI university!

The BRS leader further criticized Revanth Reddy’s proposal to establish an AI university in the proposed Future City.

“Instead of diagnosing the problem and addressing the people’s concerns, he’s prescribing fancy projects like an AI university. The Supreme Court has already intervened—perhaps it would be beneficial to reconsider your decisions rather than attributing the issues to technology. Jagadish Reddy remarked.

As the debate rages on, the BRS has seized the opportunity to corner the Congress government, with Jagadish Reddy’s “Anumula Intelligence” barb adding a sharp political edge to the escalating feud.
