The upcoming Bollywood film ‘Sikandar,’ starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, is set for an Eid 2025 release and has generated considerable excitement.

The movie is anticipated to be a major action spectacle, with its budget excluding Salman Khan’s fee at ₹200 crore, and non-theatrical rights already sold for ₹165 crore.

Huge Deal

The streaming giant Netflix has acquired the post-theatrical digital rights for “Sikandar” at a base price of Rs 85 crore. The deal includes a performance-based clause, potentially pushing the value to Rs 100 crore if the film surpasses Rs 350 crore at the box office.

With a production budget of Rs 200 crore (excluding Salman Khan’s reported Rs 120 crore fee) and promotional costs estimated at Rs 20 crore, Sikandar has already recovered over 80% of its investment before hitting theaters.
