Pawan Kalyan gives 5 days to filming again!

Amidst rumors that the filming of “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” is yet to be completed, prompting the producers to change the release date again. Social media is abuzz with the news that the Pawan Kalyan starrer will not release on May 9, 2025. The film may face another postponement. The reason cited was Pawan Kalyan not completing his portion of filming.

Just recently production house confirmed the new date as May 9, rescheduling it from March 28, 2025. But if the film gets postponed again, it will create a lot of chaos and problems as well.

Pawan Kalyan allots five days!

He has reportedly allocated five additional days to complete the filming of “Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs. Spirit.” But it is not clear when he will begin the shooting. If the film has to arrive in theaters next month, he needs to wrap the shooting portion next week.

Being deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, he is unable to give time to the shooting. Added to that, he has health issues like back pain. now he is trying to complete the remaining portions.

Five years in the making

“Hari Hara Veera Mallu” first began its shooting in 2020 under the direction of Krish. The film faced multiple setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments. Tired of working on this film for four years, Krish backed out last year. Before exiting the project, he split the story into two parts and made the first part, named “Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1 – Sword vs. Spirit,” arrive in theaters first.

Producer AM Rathnam then enlisted his son, director AM Jothi Krishna, to helm the project and complete the remaining portions. Jothi Krishna filmed many action sequences with Pawan Kalyan’s body double and managed to wrap the shooting with only a handful of key scenes left to shoot. 

What is Hari Hara Veera Mallu about?

Set in the 17th-century Mughal Empire, “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” features Pawan Kalyan as the titular outlaw named Veera Mallu. The outlaw tries to steal the Koh-i-Noor diamond from Aurangzeb’s fortress, which he believes rightfully belongs to India and Hindus.

Bollywood star Bobby Deol plays Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Nidhhi Agerwal is the main heroine. Nora Fatehi plays Aurangzeb’s sister.

The film has music by Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani. Dayakara Rao is the producer while AM Rathnam presents the historical drama.
