She is being considered as the main heroine for these two mega movies.

According to multiple reports, Deepika Padukone is in negotiations to join the star-studded cast of #AA22xA6, a VFX-heavy action spectacle directed by Atlee and headlined by Icon Star Allu Arjun. The film, produced by Sun Pictures with a reported budget of Rs 600 crore, is envisioned as a groundbreaking sci-fi drama set in a parallel universe, with Arjun playing a dual role or triple role.

Deepika is being considered for a pivotal role, potentially involving high-octane action sequences, which aligns with her versatile performances in films like Pathaan and Kalki 2898 AD. While Mrunal Thakur has been confirmed as one of the female leads opposite Arjun, and Janhvi Kapoor is nearly finalized, Deepika’s inclusion would add significant star power.

In a more definitive development, Deepika Padukone has signed on to star alongside Prabhas in Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for Arjun Reddy and Animal. The film, produced by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, is a high-octane action drama set for release in 2027.
