Produced by the prestigious Mythri Movie Makers, the film is set to hit screens on June 20. Ahead of the release, Ananthika spoke to the media and described the project as “a pure love story that will resonate with audiences of all age groups.” On choosing 8 Vasantalu after MAD “I waited for the right story,” Ananthika said. “I wanted something that blended action with a beautiful love story — and this script had everything I was looking for. The character offers great scope for performance. When I read it, I connected deeply and even cried. It’s an emotional journey, and I play a pure-hearted character. The male lead is a writer with a martial arts background, and that dynamic really drew me in.” On her role “This is a very realistic love story.
