Fans of Pushpa have a reason to celebrate as producer Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers has officially confirmed that “Pushpa 3” is in the works. However, the wait for the much-anticipated sequel will be a long one, as the film is not expected to hit theaters anytime soon.

Speaking at a recent event, Ravi Shankar revealed that Pushpa 3 is slated for release in 2028. The delay is primarily due to lead actor Allu Arjun’s packed schedule. Before stepping into the world of Pushpa once again, the superstar has two major commitments to fulfill.

Arjun is set to collaborate with renowned filmmaker Atlee for an ambitious project, followed by another high-profile film with director Trivikram Srinivas. These two ventures are expected to take nearly three years to complete. Only after wrapping up these commitments will Pushpa 3 officially go on floors.
