SSMB29: Mahesh Babu’s walking clip gets leaked

A big leak from the set of “SSMB29,” the highly anticipated collaboration between superstar Mahesh Babu and famous filmmaker SS Rajamouli, has sparked a frenzy among fans.

On Sunday, a 30-second video clip leaked online, purportedly depicting an emotional scenario in which Mahesh Babu is forcibly hauled before a person of authority, believed to be performed by Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran.

The footage has swiftly gone viral after being taken during the film’s current shot in Odisha’s Koraput district, eliciting both enthusiasm and alarm over security breaches.

The leaked video, which appears to have been captured by an onlooker, shows Mahesh Babu being kicked by a uniformed guard and forced to kneel in front of a throne-like arrangement.

SS Rajamouli, known for his strict control over project secrets, is allegedly upset over the violation.

According to sources close to the production, the SSMB29 team, which has already dealt with earlier leaks of set construction photos, is now considering rigorous measures, including a three-layer security setup, to prevent additional incidents.

SSMB29, billed as a global adventure starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, has garnered attention due to its large budget and ambitious size. The current shooting period in Odisha comes after a brief stint in Hyderabad.

The next shooting schedule is expected to take place in Kenya.
