Set against the backdrop of the sacred Vaarahi Temple—a spiritual cornerstone for the local villagers—the film’s plot explores themes of faith, unity, and resistance. When the state’s Endowment Minister sets his sights on the temple’s land for selfish political and financial motives, it threatens to disrupt the peace and sanctity of the village. In response, three devoted friends rise together to protect the temple and their heritage, sparking a fierce and emotional battle to preserve what their community holds dear.
“Bhairavam” boasts a storyline with strong commercial appeal, elevated by director Vijay Kanakamedala’s intense and emotionally charged narrative. From its opening frame to the final shot, the film promises a gripping and immersive cinematic experience.
Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas commands attention with a versatile performance, particularly shining in two standout moments: the electrifying Shiva Thandavam sequence and a breathtaking high-octane stunt toward the climax.
Manoj Manchu delivers a raw, rugged portrayal filled with fierce intensity, while Nara Rohith impresses in a powerful, authoritative role. Watching these three dynamic performers share screen space is a visual and dramatic treat, with the director skillfully balancing their individual arcs.
Adding depth and charm to the narrative are Aditi Shankar, Anandhi, and Divya Pillai, who portray the female leads with poise and presence.
Visually stunning, “Bhairavam” benefits from Hari K Vedantam’s masterful cinematography, capturing the mood and scale of the story with precision. Sri Charan Pakala’s gripping background score heightens the drama, while Brahma Kadali’s production design and Chota K Prasad’s crisp editing round out the film’s technical finesse.
The newly released trailer only intensifies the anticipation for what looks to be one of this summer’s biggest cinematic events.
